Exchange & Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn items with their original tags and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. For split shipments, the 30 days start from the date you receive the last package.

Return & Exchange Fees

• Returns — charged at the standard shipping fee:
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar & other Middle East countries: AED 55
  • United States: AED 150
• Exchanges — charged at half the shipping fee:
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar & other Middle East countries: AED 27.5
  • United States: AED 75

Return and exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was caused by Hushy Wear or a product defect — in which case the fees are free. When we process a refund, the delivery fee and the return fee are deducted from the refunded amount.

How It Works

• Our team will review your request and confirm the details.
• A courier will be arranged to collect the items — please ensure they are packed in their original packaging.
• Once received, we review the items within 1–2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method.
